As a Yoruba man, my mind goes back to a saying my grandmother would always tell us:
“Òṣùṣù ọwọ la fi ńgbálẹ tí'lẹ fi ńmọ.”
Directly translated, it means "it's a bunch of broomsticks that's used to sweep the floor". But what she really meant was, more can be achieved when people work together.
